WHO We Are
Merlin King, Inc. was established in 1981. Our home office is located in the Historic Union Station, Indianapolis, IN. Since our founding, we have successfully completed over 1,000 projects ranging from a few hundred dollars to nearly 30 million dollars.
Our clients include Architects, Developers, Hotel Owners, City and State Agencies, Home Owners, Medical Facilities and Historic Preservation Groups.
